Spares Sales to the USA & Canada

We regrettably have to inform out friends in the USA and Canada that due to a decision by our insurance company not to cover any liabilities that may arise, we are no longer able to supply Spares.

Quote from insurance contract.

" Product and Public Liability (Exclusions)

The indemnity will not apply to legal liability in respect of loss or damage to property caused by or in connection with:- Export to USA or Canada  products which to the knowledge of the insured are directly or indirectly exported to USA or Canada."

This does not apply to the club's Regalia.
