Your details will be held on computer and used for printing address labels etc. 
They will also be entered in the next edition of the Club's Yearbook,  this will include, Name, Town, County, Telephone Number and Email address of each member.
Your details may also be released, for club use only, to Club Officials and Area Reps. and will not be released to any third party.
