Alpine Register Number ID Tag.
75mm * 30mm * .08mm thick with the new club logo and the words Club ID Register No. ****, with a sticky peel off back for attaching to the Alpine. The Tag will be individually printed with your Alpine ID number and in blue. 
(Number is unique to the car not the owner)
It is suggested that this is put on the scuttle close to the chassis plate.
